4.28.2009: Help Us Choose Home

Please watch this video and help us make home a choice for all.

Many Americans do not have the opportunity to receive care at home, surrounded by the ones they love in a safe and secure environment.   Proposed cutbacks will affect many more of us, eliminating home as a place to recover and rehabilitate.

Join us and tell your Representatives that home matters to you.  It's as easy as clicking on a link.

Thank you for your support.
